Kaj Embretsen, Swedish knifemaker, is known for his beautiful Damascus folding knives. He attends many of the worlds most prestigious knife shows in the U.S., Italy and France. Kaj forges his own Damascus and specializes in very high quality natural handle materials like Mastodon, Mammoth, Walrus Ivories, Mother of Pearl in Black Lip Pearl as well as precious metals like gold.

His sole authorship knives are found in some of the best collections around the world. He has won numerous awards, and is a participant in the prestigious Art Knife Invitational held bi-annually in San Diego.

From Kaj Embretsen, this is another beautiful 2-blade, double bolster lock back folder with a clip-point blade and drop point blade. Perfectly matched and deeply textured Mammoth Ivory scales set off with multiple Gold pins. The raised backspacer is fully rope fileworked, as is the blade spine and liners. The final touch is a 14KT Gold bale. A beautiful knife by a great knifemaker.
